Describe your skin: Reactive/combination

What are your short term and long term goals? Short-term is always to keep skin hydrated and glowy, long- term to stay plump, hydrated, wrinkle-free and glowing!

Biggest concern: In the winter, dehydration is always the concern! Dry heat is my nemesis!

My skin tends to be reactive to products heavy with fragrance and active ingredients. I use products that lean on the hydrating and calming side.

On a good day, I make my own hydrating mask with Wedderspoon Manuka honey, Spirulina, Shea Terra Organics Black seed oil and a few drops of East Fork Cultivars CBD, but on a typical day I splash with warm water or I use a cotton ball in the morning. I mist with Josh Rosebrook Hydrating Accelerator (I also keep it in a few of my bags and always travel with it) and I will often use it to set makeup as well. After the mist I apply Susanne Kaufmann Face Fluid Line A moisturizer, it's gentle and super hydrating. Then a drop of Aura Cacia Grapeseed Oil to seal in moisture (this also has Vitamin E, to protect against environmental stressors, to calm inflammation and helps with pigmentation). Last up is NYDG Chem-free SPF 30, but in the summer I like to use Suntegrity 5-1 Moisturizing Sunscreen for its tint!

Hell yes to oils and sunscreens! If there’s a routine to combat anti-aging this is it. Grapeseed oil firms the skin and balances both dry and oily skin, while sunscreen fights UVA and UVB rays that cause sun damage and premature aging. Sure, a tan is cool, but aging gracefully is way cooler.

In the evening, I double cleanse with Aura Cacia Jojoba Oil and alternate with Osea Ocean Cleanser and Oy-l Manuka Honey cleanser. I pat dry with a paper towel and apply Colbert MD Tone Control Discs, the active ingredient combats pigmentation both brown and red. A few drops of Osea Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate and a drop of Aura Cacia Sweet Almond Oil.

Honey isn’t just for your tea! Manuka honey is naturally anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory. It will fight acne while being an all-natural humectant, meaning it draws and locks in moisture.

Twice a week I use Sunday Riley Good Genes, it has lactic acid to gently exfoliate. Once a week I sleep in Susanne Kaufmann's Lifting Mask, it’s a super hydrating mask and blends clear so it doesn't look like you have anything on. I also like to apply this on an overnight flight.

Lactic acid is a great ingredient for your goals. It exfoliates, clearing out clogged pores, and plumps fine lines and wrinkles! It’s also great for evening out skin tone and treating hyperpigmentation.
