Describe your skin:

What are your short-term and long-term skin goals?

Short-term: improve my skin texture

Long-term: get rid of hyperpigmentation

Biggest concern: Hyperpigmentation

THE ROUTINE IS African black soap, [then proceeding with] witch hazel, rose hip oil & sunscreen. [In the morning,] sometimes makeup.

A simple routine often does the trick. We’re so happy you’re using sunscreen, that means you already know how important it is. On the other hand, witch hazel is a skincare ingredient that can, possibly and temporarily, minimize pore size and oil production. Over the long term, it will sensitize and dry up the skin.

If you’re worried about hyperpigmentation, you have so many options. Niacinamide is the first ingredient that comes to mind but sunscreen also helps greatly. It’s usually put into serums so try The Ordinary or Super Pure to brighten your skin right away.
