Control my hormonal breakouts and keep my skin glowy and natural.
Breakouts on my chin
I cleanse with Pai Camellia & Rose Gentle Hydrating Cleanser. This cleanses my face without stripping it too much, especially since it’s winter and it’s more likely to get dry. Then I follow with It Cosmetics Miracle Water and if it’s the morning, Drunk Elephant C-Firma Day Serum.
Using a gentle cleanser is a great skin decision. People with sensitive and acne-prone skin tend towards acne-fighting cleansers, which can strip the skin and cause sensitivities to flare, sometimes making acne worse. A gentle moisturizing cleanser is the way to go if you’re looking to keep skin calm and happy.
At night, I’ll use the Framboos Glycolic Night Serum. The Drunk Elephant serums have changed my skin and I will never go back. I mix all the drunk elephant products together (1 pump each) because I learned on their Instagram that is how they prefer you use them. I also use Drunk Elephant B-Hydra Intensive Hydration Serum and the Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil, and every Sunday I use the Drunk Elephant Babyfacial.
Chemical exfoliation for the win! Using a gentle overnight exfoliant like the glycolic serum is amazing for treating acne and clearing up any scars. Results aren’t immediate, but your skin will be clearer in the long-run!
